Hosting a conference that welcomed almost 2,000 world-wide attendees, is no simple feat. Months of meetings, collaboration with outside vendors and lots of overtime hours are necessary for a team to pull it off. My role touched all aspects of deliverables throughout the months leading up to the conference and beyond, including, wayfinding signage, booth graphics, employee t-shirts, design for on-site screen printed t-shirt, mirror decals, flask stickers, name badges, social images, email banners, postcards, and email signatures. I also worked closely with C level executives to create their mainstage presentations.
